Every two years, Chick-fil-A’s marketing team brings together local marketing directors from across the country for a three-day conference centered on emotional connections marketing—the heartbeat of the brand. More than 800 leaders gather for an immersive experience designed to inspire, equip, and reconnect them to the power of local storytelling.
End-to-end Experience
Brand Apart partners with Chick-fil-A to design and lead the full Spark experience—from content strategy, show flow, and event identity to scenic design, speaker prep, video production, scripting, rehearsals, and on-site execution. Every detail is crafted to help participants reconnect with the creativity and care that define the Chick-fil-A experience.

Each Spark experience is unique to its host city—from a block party winding through the creative streets of Trilith to a Dallas-inspired night featuring a local food hall takeover and a concert with special guests.
